Keep is the unified storage engine that mounts your own object-storage backends and exposes them to both your people and your AI agents — as vaults (read-only), shares (read-write), or encrypted lockers — under one permission model. Files in a locker are encrypted before they ever reach the cloud; retention and quotas inherit down your org tree, and every mount obeys the same access rules as the rest of the platform, so you decide exactly which files an agent can open. Backends include AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, S3-compatible endpoints, and local filesystems.
